Lindsay Hubbard Says "Hell No" to Carl Reconciliation

Lindsay Hubbard is reveling in her time on cloud nine, and she’s leaving the past in the past.

So when it came to her sharing her pregnancy with the world, the Summer House star didn’t want to sweat the reaction her ex Carl Radke might have to the news.

"I'm sure he'll find out when the rest of the world finds out, but I'm not calling him up and having a conversation with him," she told People in an interview published July 6. "That relationship is in my past, and I can't really focus on my past anymore because I'm so focused on my present and my future.”

And for Lindsay—whose engagement with Carl ended onscreen while filming Summer House’s season eight last year—she’s happy to leave their history behind. “To be honest,” she continued, “his emotions are no longer my responsibility. It's just not my problem anymore."

Lindsay shared her baby news on July 4th, though she kept the identity of her boyfriend—who is also the baby’s father—private.

"WE’RE PREGNANT!!!!!" the 37-year-old wrote on Instagram alongside photos of her growing baby bump and sonogram. "I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it! My boyfriend and I are beyond excited to welcome our little #HubbCub this Holiday season 2024!!”

Yet while Lindsay is thrilled to share her news with the world, there are some details she’s keeping close to the vest.

"We're not telling anyone what we're having yet, but the second we found out we were like, 'Okay, let's talk about names,’” she added to People. "We already have one in mind, but we'll see if it sticks as the months go on."

"I'm just excited to actually be able to talk about it publicly now and share in the celebration with our friends," she added of sharing her news with the world. "I'm a very 'scream from the rooftops' kind of girl. I'm just ready to let it all out now."

But while she’s choosing to keep the identity that helps make up her new “we” private, Lindsay previously gushed over her new chapter.

"We have a very sweet, caring and loving relationship that I truly cherish," she told E! News in June, adding that her partner is “incredible.”
